The TPS Show Guide is a spiral-bound book that includes the daily symposia schedule, descriptions of technical sessions and short courses, a directory of exhibitors and general information about TPS and its host, the Turbomachinery Laboratory.
All of this is combined into one easy-to-carry, beautifully-packaged manual provided to all paid attendees as well as Free Pass attendees who choose to pick one up on the Exhibit floor.
- FREE Company Name Listing & Description
Each exhibiting company will have a description of their services and company classification included in the Show Guide, free of charge. To complete submit your company description and classification, use the link emailed to you by Exhibitor Services. This information must be submitted by May 15, 2018.
Increase your visibility at TPS with an advertisement in the show guide or a company logo alongside your free company description listing. Complete the Show Guide Ad/Logo Form by July 1, 2018 to take advantage of this opportunity.
- Additional Company Name Listing & Description
Let us help you accommodate mergers, acquisitions and subsidiary companies while still directing traffic to your booth! We will provide a cross-reference listing for companies who need to be identified by another name for a fee of $500 per additional name. This fee covers your company name listing on the TPS website (tps.tamu.edu), and a listing in the Show Guide, which includes a descriptive paragraph of no more than 100 words and contact information. Complete the Additional Name Listing Form by May 15, 2018.
Continue the fun after the Exhibit Hall has closed for the evening by hosting a TPS Hospitality Suite at the Hilton Hotel. All Hospitality Suites will be included on the Symposia schedule in the Show Guide.

The Turbo Stage is a platform in the Exhibit Hall where exhibiting companies can provide 20-minute commercial presentations. Exhibitors are invited to present products or services on the Turbo Stage at no cost. All you need is a presentation loaded on a lap top that will be shown on a presentation screen. A Turbo Stage schedule is listed in the Show Guide and on signage in the Exhibit Hall. However, we do not guarantee an audience, so we highly recommend you promote your presentation.
Since this is a free promotional opportunity, slots will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis until May 15, 2018.
Reserve your slot by completing the Turbo Stage Presentation Request. Note that slots fill up within 24-48 hours of distribution of the Turbo Stage notice.
All exhibiting companies are invited to submit printed and/or digital materials for inclusion in the official Symposia Press Kit, distributed to all members of the press covering TPS. Aside from printing costs, there is no charge for inclusion of materials in the Press Kit. The Press Kit will include printed copies of material and a USB flash drive with all digital material. Printed material will only be included if mailed to the Turbo Lab. The Turbo Lab will not print Press Kit materials. Exhibitors are welcome to submit both printed and digital material.
