What image is the background of your phone?
My grandson, Paxton and me at a Bombers game. He was born 11/8/17.
Is there anything interesting we should know about you?
I’m very sports-oriented. I have season tickets to Texas A&M football, baseball and basketball. I love the Boston Red Sox. I’m family oriented I always say, my wife is my blessing, my sons are my gift, and my grandson is my purpose.
What are your favorite movies or TV shows?
I like the show Blue Bloods and Chicago P.D. For movies I like Tombstone, The Rock and Lone Survivor.
What is a brief explanation of what you do here?
I handle accounts payables, accounts receivables, and help with symposia registrations.
What is your favorite part of working here?
The people. Everyone is very approachable and friendly. It’s great, especially when you work in an office with only nine employees and some student workers.
Have there been any moments working here that stick out to you?
At my first show, I had a guy who came to me after I had made a mistake and double charged him. He told me he couldn’t get mad at me because I was able to talk to him and be so personal. And the symposium was very memorable. I remember thinking the day after it was over I was already looking forward to the next one.
When people think of you professionally, what do you want them to think about?
That I always get things done; when you give me a task I’ll get to it and get it done as quickly as I can. Also that I am very approachable.
