MAKE THE MOST OF TPS
Whether you’re new to TPS or you’re a symposia veteran who needs a refresher, here are a few things about TPS you don’t want to miss out on:
Download the free TPS mobile app! You’ll have all the information you need to navigate the show, right at your fingertips. The app has the schedule of technical sessions and a list of speakers. It also contains a map of the exhibit hall and a catalog of exhibitors with booth numbers and general information.
Questions about the app? Contact Brooke Conrad at email@example.com
All paid symposium delegates, or those who have purchased meal tickets separately.
The Turbomachinery Laboratory at Texas A&M, TPS organizer, hosts two dinners during the symposia on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. This year’s banquet on Wednesday will honor Dr. Dara W. Childs, director of the Turbomachinery Laboratory. Dr. Childs is retiring after more than 30 years with the Turbo Lab and TPS.

Spouses of symposia delegates
Spouses accompanying registered delegates can register for TPS free of charge, and are invited to participate in two special spouse events: jewelry making and cake decorating. Badges may be picked up with the sponsoring delegate’s registration badge. Name badges must be worn for admission to the Exhibit Hall. To register as a spouse, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 979-845-7417.
Turbo Stage Presentation
TPS symposia and Free Pass delegates
The Turbo Stage is a platform in the right, front corner of the Exhibit Hall (near booths 3100 & 3005) where exhibiting companies provide 20-minute commercial presentations. All TPS exhibit hall visitors are invited to attend the presentations. A schedule of presentations is available in the Show Guide, as well as next to the Turbo Stage.
You know TPS is hosted by the Turbomachinery Lab, but what do you know about the lab itself? Where is it located? How is it equipped? What research projects are in progress? Take a tour of the Lab at Texas A&M University in College Station on the Friday following TPS for $15. Add the tour on to any registration option. Please note that space is limited to 50 people. Lunch and transportation are provided.
Once you register for the Lab Tour, you will be contacted by Turbo Lab staff. Contact: email@example.com or 979-845-7417.
Should you have any questions, contact Communications Director Brooke Conrad at firstname.lastname@example.org or 979-845-8943. Thank you for your participation!
