Friday

Setup to be determined.

Saturday

8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Halls C-E
Setup armbands required and can be obtained at front entrance to exhibit hall.

Sunday

8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
All Exhibit booths move-in 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Setup armband required and can be obtained at front entrance to exhibit hall.

4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Registration open

Monday

8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
All booths must be set by 8:00 p.m. unless approval from Director of Exhibitor Services was received by Monday at 5:00 p.m.
Exhibitor move-in; Setup armband required or TPS Exhibitor badge

7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Registration open

1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Registration open

6:30 p.m.
Hospitality Suites at Hilton

Tuesday

7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Registration open

8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Exhibitor move-in only if pre-approved by Director of Exhibitor Services.   Must show email proof.
Setup armband not valid on this day after 10 a.m.

10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Exhibit Hall cleared for aisle cleaning but exhibitors must stay in your booth.

11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Lunch served to Exhibitors
TPS Exhibitor badge required 

12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Exhibits open only to paid Attendees
Lunch served to all paid Attendees (badges required)

2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Exhibits close
(Booth personnel do not have to leave)

2:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Exhibits open to public

6:30 p.m.
Hospitality Suites at Hilton open

7:30 p.m.
Tex-Mex Buffet
EXH or EAO badge required (no free pass badge holders permitted)

Wednesday

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Registration open

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Onsite Booth Selection Session for next TPS at the Exhibitor Registration Counter (first come – first serve)
Pre-show selection session was held in August 2023

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Hall opens for exhibit personnel only
TPS Exhibitor badge required

11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Lunch served to Exhibitors
TPS Exhibitor badge required

12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Exhibits open only to paid Attendees and Exhibitors
Lunch served to all paid Attendees

Exhibitor move-out concludes. All exhibit material MUST be removed by noon.
