This form need only be completed if your company plans to use a decorator other than our official general service contractor, Freeman Company, or exhibiting company personnel to erect your booth or stand.
NOTE: Proof of general liability insurance on the third party vendor and the exhibiting company is required. If you choose to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), you must submit this form a long with a copy of the Liability Insurance Certificate from the EAC by July 24, 2024. EACs who have not supplied a copy of their insurance certificate by this date will not be admitted to the Exhibit Hall until the certificate is produced.
