We would like to thank all of you who have emailed us with your thoughts and prayers. We are doing fine and staying dry in College Station. We appreciate your concern.
Please keep your eyes open for updates on a joint-endeavor we will be launching to aid relief efforts in Houston. Details will be released on our Updates page #TPSHelpsHouston.
Since rescheduling TPS, we have been receiving a high volume of calls and emails. To alleviate some of that congestion, we have put together this FAQ. Please read this entire document before emailing or calling. All communications will be returned as quickly as we can get to them. We appreciate your patience.
TPS 2017 is now scheduled for Dec. 12-14
Please confirm via email that your company is still participating. Booths are expected to remain the same, but the exhibit hall will be hosted in Halls A through C instead of D.
If you are exhibiting at Power-Gen International in Las Vegas the week of Dec. 5-8, we have made arrangements with Freeman to get your freight routed to our show in time to be set up. Please do not let this discourage your participation in TPS 2017 (Dec. 12-14).
If you made a reservation through our website prior to August 29, your room reservations will be transferred to the corresponding days in December. You do not need to do anything more. If you need to modify your reservation, please contact Rose Moreno after Sept. 4 by email: email@example.com. Rose will get to your emails as she can once she is able to get back to her office. You may also still make reservations through our website, but remember this is done through the City of Houston. We appreciate your patience.
All booth orders for carpeting, furnishing and electrical will be moved to the new dates without penalties.
All freight that Freeman currently has in its possession has not been affected by the flooding to date. Please wait on shipping any other items until we announce new shipping dates for the warehouse and show site. We will post this information on our updates page once we receive it. If you have any questions about freight currently at the warehouse or in route, contact Freeman directly — and please be mindful that they are in Houston.
If your insurance certificate covers Dec. 12-14; please do not resend. If you purchased insurance through Rainprotection, via our website, they have already updated the dates and nothing more needs to be done. If you are not covered on the new dates, please upload a certificate with accurate dates of coverage to your company profile.
While we strongly encourage your participation, we understand that things happen. We will refund 100 percent of your booth fee, or you may transfer it to TPS 2018. Please confirm your exhibiting status no later than Oct. 1. This date is also the deadline for refunds or transfers to TPS 2018.
If you were signed up to have a booth for September, but cannot exhibit in December, we will not penalize you by deleting your priority points. You will maintain your points.
If your badges have already been entered, you do not need to do anything else at this time. If you need to make revisions, please use the badge-holder’s email address and reference number to modify or substitute the replacement personnel at the Modify Registration Page.
At this time, badge requests submitted via email will be reviewed and handled either within a few weeks or closer to TPS in December with our current focus being on immediate actions and efforts regarding the change in show dates. The new date for pre-registered badges will be November 28.

Letters of Participation Confirmation (International Exhibitors)
If you have requested letters of participation confirmation, please let us know the new dates of your arrival and departure and we will reissue these to you.
