Refund Policy

Late cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for personal hardships, natural disasters, or national emergencies. After the cancellation date, the Turbomachinery Lab will not refund for business decisions by an attendee’s employer, such as job reassignment, plant emergencies, etc. In the event of a no-show, no materials will be accessible to the attendee, nor will any be sent, post-event. Registration fees cannot be applied toward future registrations.

The Turbomachinery Lab reserves the right to cancel any Short Course or Symposium in the event of insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such circumstances, all registration fees will be refunded. The Turbomachinery Lab will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges and hotel deposits.

Delegate Cancellation:
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] by Friday, August 11, 2023. A $50 administrative fee is required for cancellation requests after August 11, 2023.

Delegate Registration Substitution:
Requests for delegate substitutions must be submitted via email to [email protected] by Friday, August 11, 2023. All delegate registration substitutions will be charged a $50 administrative fee.
