48th Turbomachinery & 35th Pump Users Symposia Spouse Program
#1 Tuesday September 10th
Activities will be at the George R. Brown Convention Center (GRB) room 352A beginning at 9am and ending at noon with Brazos Glassworks. Attendees will be doing an Alcohol Ink Tile and a Texas Balloon Smash. Spouses should meet at the Hilton by the gift shop by 8:45am and a staff member will escort them to the GRB to attend the class.
#2 Wednesday September 11th
Participants will be provided transportation to the Kemah Boardwalk, where they will be able to shop and enjoy over 45 charming retail stores, amusements and waterfront restaurants. The excursion will include a $10 off gift card/coupon towards lunch at one of 6 Landry’s chain restaurants at the Boardwalk. Participants MUST RSVP that they plan to attend no later than Tuesday, Sept. 3. Attendees will meet at the Hilton (by the gift shop) at 10am and depart for Kemah. The shuttle bus will pick them up at the dropoff location to return to the Hilton at 3:00pm. Gift cards will be handed out at the meeting place.

The spouse program is a social program, and is not intended for individuals who wish to participate in the symposia or work in the exhibits. Badges may be picked up with the sponsoring attendee’s registration badge. Name badges must be worn for admission to the Exhibit Hall and for admission to daily events. There is no charge for spouse registration and hospitality suites.
