Please adhere to these protocols for Discussion Groups so authors and leaders can maximize knowledge exchange and address your needs.
- The proposed Discussion Topics are Posted in the Channel Chat Rooms
- We have pre-populated a list topics.
- We will deal with the topics in priority order by the number of comments.
- If you like the topic, post so and add to the thread if appropriate.
- If you want to discuss a new topic, start a new post in Channel Chat.
- If you wait until we start the Discussion Group, it may be too late to add your topic!
- The Channel Chat Rooms will stay active 24/7 until December 12th after the conference ends.
- Please identify yourself on the system/room by using your first and last names followed by your company name.
- Please do not use a webcam if you are a participant. Using one will increase bandwidth requirements and likely degrade your experience.
- Discussion Group Rooms:
- Can be entered multiple times during the first 40-minutes.
- Thereafter if you leave you will not be able to re-enter.
- The room will not time-out for anyone active in the room.
- Recording is prohibited by the Turbomachinery Laboratory.
- Any Discussion Group Room Chat comments will be lost to you when you leave the room.
